I’m Chrismaldi Casado — My work spans grassroots, nonprofit, philanthropic, and corporate environments. I’ve led and advised on community engagement, leadership strategy, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with executive leaders, boards, and teams.
I help organizations make sense of complexity, strengthen alignment, and translate ideas into clear, actionable direction.
